I can't understand why women suffereing from poverty are adamant on procreating at record pace.

I can't understand why us humans remain in oblivion towards protecting our environment, the core of our survival.

I can't understand why we refuse to find solutions to many social problems that are inevitable instead of promote abstinence.

I can't understand why we consciously make decisions then when it goes south we say "i regret..".

I can't understand why marijuana is illegal and cigerettes aren't.

I can't understand why people conform to others authority,disregarding their beliefs,ethics & instincts just to gain popularity or promotion.

I can't understand why as a nation/ community we try to effortlessly to bring each other down when we're fighting for the same purpose.

I can't understand why people are racial against others of the same ethnic group.

And I can go on and on...there's so many things we may never understand, others we just have to accept.

This documentary is self explanatory!

I must say theres something really spectacular about this young man. His passion, motivation and will to be BETTER THAN GOOD ENOUGH is truly inspirational.
Though hes just gotten started, his album "Thank Me Later" in its first week debuted at # 1 and sold 446,680 copies. This just shows you how his music touches so many people and he's got a long successful road ahead of him.
One thing that i really admired from watching this documentary is how humble he is and refuses to let the fame and money consume him because for him, hes doing what he loves, what he knows.
This documentary really got me and alot of his fans to get a clear insight of "Aubrey Drake Graham".
Theres two things that really touched me: first his love and devotion to producer and close friend "Noah 40 Shebib". He said that he doesnt know if he could continue making music without him. Secondly his answer when the interviewer asked him, "Who are you and what do you do?" Drake responded "I'm Aubrey Drake Graham and i make a living off truly being my self". Before he answered i knew his answer was going to be something deep and moving and it truly was!

When we get to indulge, RELAX,RELEASE & REJUVENATE!

The to-do list is neverending: hitin the beach,carnival,travelling,naturistic adventures,amusement parks,parting and so much more.

It's a time to recapture the essence of life
We tend to get so caught up during the year we forget what its like to be in stress free mode
It's also a time for reunions and new beginnings.

I personally enjoy showing off ma cute, patterned sun dresses.
It officially marks the beginning of SUMMAH.
The # of clothing decreases to suite the warm weather.

The days seems shorter but are never less fulfilling.

For those that are sports fanatics.
The olympics and various world cups are also held during the SUMMAH
Theres always so much happening, theres never a dull moment.

For those of us in the caribbean in particular Carnival is the spotlight event of the season.
Showcase of our culture in events such as jouvert,pretty mass,panorama,soca monarch..just to name a few.
The streets are filled with thousands of people both local and foreigners.

So people dont miss out on the many joys that SUMMAH brings.
LOVE IT & LIVE IT to the FULLEST!

It's Just The Beginning.............

I decided to join blogspot because i saw it as i means of expression and sharing experiences with others and learn in the procesI've just concluded 2 years at college and intend on continuing my journey.
This journey must first start by "getting out" lol of the third world, underdeveloped country in which i live. dont get me wrong i love where I'm from but sometimes in life for growth and development, one must leave the nest and go into ~*~TheReelWorld~*~make their own decisions, make mistakes but learn. Its a process that some deny themselves and so achieve nothing in life. But life is meant to be lived to the fullest.
One must find a sole purpose and strive around that. YESS...it may be difficult and require alot of soul searching, alot of which i need to do, and when you know not only who you are but UNDERSTAND who you are the doubts slowly subside.
So for me, its simply just the beginning i've got so much life to live, people to meet, mistakes to make,tears to shed but through it all never forget "WHO I AM" as i Walk By Faith And not by Site
